What has changed?

Practo Ray app users on Android or iOS devices: If you already have the Practo Ray app – after you update the Practo Ray app on your phone, the name of the app will change to Practo Partner and it will offer all the products mentioned above.

Practo Profile app users on Android or iOS devices: Everything you can do on the Profile app related to Profile, Consult or HealthFeed, you can now use directly from the Practo Partner app.

How do I get Practo Partner?

For Ray app Users

The app is absolutely free. If you don’t have automatic updates turned, you’ll soon see a notification from the app saying an update is available – just follow the link, and you’ll get the app.

For Profile app Users

The Partner app is available for download on the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store. You can get it by clicking below.

What happens to the old apps?

The Practo Ray app gets updated to the new app, and the Practo Profile app will cease to exist soon.
